RE/MAX Advertising Dominates Nationally and in Utah

Everytime I watch TV here in Utah I see a RE/MAX commercial.  They are getting more frequent.  I always see them when I watch shows like Dateline and 20/20.  I think the commercials are really good.  I believe quality branding matters in Real Estate here in Utah.  Many of my out-of-state clients have had positive experiences with their RE/MAX agents in their home states.  In fact, I find the Californians are the most RE/MAX brand loyal customers in the USA.  Nobody sells more real estate in the world than RE/MAX.

RE/MAX is the undisputed leader in TV share advertising nationally and in Utah.  RE/MAX is leading the industry.  Share of voice expresses RE/MAX ad impressions as a percentage of total ad impressions generated by all national real estate companies.  RE/MAX has 44% of the market share.  Century 21 comes in second with 31% of the market share.  Coldwell Banker comes in third with 14% of the market share.  Prudential has 8% of the market share.  ERA has 2% of the market share.  Realty Executives has a tiny 1% of the market share.
